Why would anyone knowingly buy a fake Strat off Ebay? Then come on board and ask why it would have a serial number on the front and back of the headstock :lol: I don't understand! Must be a trait of being a snob :lol: Well been called worst! :twisted:

Maybe the auction was someone trying to pass off a MIM as an MIA, and the OP was trying to see if any of what he got was actual Fender ... or pure copy. That would not be an unreasonable train of thought. Just thinking out loud here ...
