Howard and the White Boys did a great version of Bill Withers’ Use Me. Always liked that song, and I enjoyed this take on it. I thought the lead guitar had a rockin’ tone. Thanks, for posting SBLS. 8)

Great to see those players having fun FSB. Chuck shows his soul in that video and shades of Jimi for those that remember him. A special video, thanks for posting.
Here is Chuck on Soul Train with Junior Lace backing him up.

Wow Junior Lace Backing up Chuck Berry. Frank Barbalace (my Nephew), Paul Bogush, Jim Stol and Wally Alum on drums, listen to that snare pop.

More Chuck goodness. Great stuff. Thanks Rollie. Frank Barbalace is your nephew? Cool. 8) But, if I read that right, SBLS is Frank’s uncle - also cool. :P

Thank you Gary. Frank is still very active in music teaching and writing and recording. I will ask him about his website so you can hear all of his new material. Quite a musician actually. That is a Gibson stereo varitone he is playing. An extremely rare instrument. I love him, a good man and a good guitar player.

I always appreciate that good and special instruments like that end up in the hands of someone who is worthy of getting the best out of them. I have a desire for a few good guitars, but pass on them because I can’t justify the purchase even though they are eye candy. . . . a good man and a good guitar player.
I’m sure it runs in the family.

Not the sweet Gibby, but this is likely less to be heard or seen:

Jazzmen across borders at Chicago playing Chicago Blues. :D

Big Twist and the Mello Fellows rocked the BBQ. Using that funky hearse is what I call jumpin’ on the band wagon.
I discovered the greats on Alligator Records years ago, but Big Twist is new to me. Great band. Talk about old school with a new twist. :P

Magic Sam made numbers 29 and 30:

I'll admit, it's been a long time since I've seriously sat down and listened to any blues music, but I read an article/interview in "Vintage Guitar" about this musician, Toronzo Cannon, which got my interest, and I decided to check him out. I like what I've heard, so far. See what you think: https://soundcloud.com/alligator-recs/sets/tc-tptpotp
