There is always the old "try them both to see which you like better". If this is not possible, can you order both and then try them, or return one? The shop I go to gives you 30 days to decide. At very least can you try the strat? Judging from your previous post, you have no access to a Reverend.
If you already have a strat, I say go for the Reverend.

The Reverend has always struck me as an upscale Danelectro. Seems to me that you're well fitted out with gear for your level at the present time. The Corgan is no slouch guitar regardless of electronics. I'd probably put some mileage under my learning, and some serious money in the bank, if I were you and make your next guitar a Custom Shop instrument worth the playing.
