Not sure what you mean, but I have a gap large enough to partially stick my tongue through and I'm fine with it, considering how much fun it is to freak people out.

Almost...but no. Wait patiently, and they will come to me. In nearly 40 years it never fails. Sooner or later, they have to show. It's usually around 4-4:30 p.m. on a Friday before a holiday weekend, with a cheek that looks like an orange had been stuffed in it. What's makes matters worse, is that they are under the impression that they are now under the auspices of Fairy Godmother Oral Health Care and that with a 'bippity boppity boo' they are going to be magically transformed into the picture of health.
