Honestly watch that video, biasing is easy as long as you just learn what to steer away from. Basically you're connecting the meter taking the reading and adjusting the bias trim pot in the amp up or down to whichever figure you're biasing to. it sounds scary when you get tech warnings but it's got to be said every time you talk about amps because sometimes you get someone who decides to take it upon themselves to go in and start touching stuff and that's where the trouble begins. But if you ever want to do it i'll talk you throught the steps, if i can do it you can definitely do it. You only really need to do it if you put new output tubes in. You can change the preamp tubes yourself and there's no biasing needed with those just out with the old one's and in with the new.

I like a lot of the same stuff you do too, Hendrix, Clapton mainly early stuff i'm not as keen on his later releases, Jeff Beck, Led Zep, John McLaughlin and the Mahavishnu Orchestra stuff like that and Zappa too i have quite a few of his albums. A lot of people don't realise what a serious musician Frank really was as it was overshadowed with a lot of the zany stuff that went on but he was an incredibly educated musician. Have you got the shut up'n play yer guitar albums? some great stuff on there.

Hope you folks enjoy the concert sounds good. 8)
