seen him at the granada here in dallas with the "lee boys" opening the show. if you enjoy good music you will enjoy these guys. every musician on stage was incredibly talented.
i am hung over and have a terrible back ache today due to work and standing in front of the stage all night. but i just gotta play guitar today. that show really made me want to practice.
check em' out if you get the opportunity.
thanx ya'll.

He's definitely a deadly guitarist and his song writing is superb.I don't have any Gov't Mule Cds-yet-but they play a lot of Warren's music on Sirius radio.

Warren is a fantastic player and a nice guy...I met him years ago before he was well known, and have followed his career with interest,he is my son's favorite guitarist.
We played "Soulshine" at our gig last night,Warren wrote it and it always goes over well with the crowd.
It's good to see him recognized for the talent he has,so many today aren't.

Warren is as amazing and inspiring as he is humble and genuine. I saw Gov't Mule in 1998 and they literally, overnight, changed the way I listen to and enjoy music. I've seen them many times since and the band never fail to make me smile - a lot. I caught Warren's solo band at the beginning of the year, and they were an absolute joy. Warren seems to just love making music. The solo CD is a really good one.

I'm assuming the show you saw was the same line up that I saw about a month ago. He's promoting his new album, "A Man In Motion". So it's not Government Mule. A completely different line up but I think even better. There's much more depth to the arrangements and it's not all Warren, it's much more of a group effort. I think the album is great. Lots of funk. When I listen to it I keep thinking Stevie Wonder is going to pop in any second. Shades of "Living For The City" spread throughout the album.
