I always hate these NA only competitions. It shows a real short-sightedness and ignorance.

Why does it have to be ignorance and short sightedness? Maybe it's completely logical based on market share, international legal issues and shipping considerations. Many companies that sell products online do not sell to every country. If companies won't even sell to every country what makes you think companies will give stuff away to every country?
