We have the same guilty pleasure. After seeing this, I'm taking a trip to the grocery store after work. I'm buying 2 boxes! And I thought I was the only poor soul with this odd guilty pleasure.

It used to be Bacon Thins years ago, but Nabisco quit making them, so I switched over to the Chicken-in-a-Biskit crackers. It's easy to eat a whole box when I'm down on the computer in the Music Room... :D When they're on sale, I really stock up!

Would you all consider 10,000 Maniacs a guilty pleasure ? They are one of my top 5 bands of all time... They are a chick band for sure... but I hooked up at all 5 of their shows I went to..... Can't complain...

Wow Osrv, that’s so identical to me! Its exactly an hour and a half i get each day as well and that’s when i play my guitar or cello and the stress of the day (and the rest of the world generally) seems to disappear. Apart from that all my home guitar playing is quiet, unplugged and functional for getting idea’s out of my head. But that period between 5.30 and 7pm every day is MY time. Don’t get me wrong, I love lady clam, but I still treasure this time in between the day and the night.

Lady clam...ha ha.... It's precious time huh!!!!

embarrassingly I admit to being guiltfully engrossed in these movies called the "Twilight (series)". Growing up with monster movies about vampires and werewolves, I was pleasantly surprised that what I thought would be lame foolish fluff turned out to be just that but with a curiously interesting premise and cinematography worthy of watching if one is interested in that kind of thing. Ha Ha some of you that know me, easy on the wisecracks  but I am looking forward to seeing the newest installment.

I like Pomplamoose.

Their videos are creative, the girl is pretty and the dude is a fabulous multi-instrumentalist (she's not a bad support musician).

Nataly Dawn's lazy and lackadaisical delivery is ironic and cool, especially in the world of Christina Aguilaria and Mariah Carey, who have to go all around the note fifty times before they hit it (and look like they're passing a billiard ball in the process---*GRUNT! GRIMACE! PUSH!*).

Don't judge me. I am not ashamed.

Howdy!

Another Star Trek & Star Wars fan here. But I'm not in the slightest bit guilty about that!

HA! Quality!

A few years back I came to work in a full on Wookie costume and spent the day scaring the crap out of my unsuspecting colleagues. I even got the Registry Dept to make me an I.D badge with my Chewbacca mask on!

I'm also a big fan of any Big Hair Instrumental Rock Shred type stuff and own pretty much every Joe Satriani album.... and I don't feel guilty about that either. :D

Enjoy!

Andy

Not sure this is a "guilty" pleasure... even some the biggest guitar/rock snobs regard journey as a truly talented rock band... Perry's vocals and Schon's guitar work... good stuff....

You can think of something more guilty than that

btw, I am a big Journey fan too...

I'm gonna have to agree with that myself. Journey was a great band and I'm a big fan as well. Don't forget Steve Smith as a drummer either. He was money!!

I really don't get the negativity for Journey. I really thought that this is where Santana should have gone direction wise.
BTW.... I'm referring to the first couple of albums by Journey....(1) Journey...(2) Look Into the Future (3) Next...After Steve Perry joined it left me cold, still came up with some great tunes but the ballads were just a bit much.....

But back to the question at hand I would have to admit....

(1) Minichamps F1 in 1/18th scale older ones from the 60's to the early, late 90's and early to mid 2000's, early such as the 6 wheeled Tyrrell.. :?:

(2) Of Course the collection of Tintin et Milou some I have had since I was a little kid.....
Also Spirou, Gaston Lagaffe and ....  :?:

(3) Books...Gotta be H.P. Lovecraft hailing from Providence R.I.
Films... well that goes to Peter Jackson's Tolkien Trilogy and I see that the Hobbit is in the works.
