You know what they say, its takes a real man to play a pink guitar.
If you go busking that could be your hook!

What exactly is wrong with the bridge, is the whole thing cracked or is the saddle just a bit dodgy or what?

BTW its short scale so im gonna get a bigsby for it and put 2 gretsch filtertrons in it and repaint it black and curve the body so i can reach the higher frets. get two gretsch switches and maybe some gretsch knobs. and i'll replace the valencia logo and put a Gretsch logo on it. and cover the sound hole for the pickups. and the bridge was broken off since it was a acoustic with no truss rod

Yeah? Easy tiger!

Want to give us some lessons, that is a lot of work you're undertaking there.

All the best with it. Personally I'd just get it playing and forget making it into a Gretsch like monster. Who knows your (or someone else's) little sister may adore it.

I don't have a sister. i WOULD like one tho to annoy with my 40w marshall. i want to turn it into a 6120 like guitar so i will be able to have a gretsch like guitar at a low price

lol. Acoustics are easy to mod. I know a friend who actually modified a Taylor for a Bigsby to fit

Joke, yes? Please tell us you're kidding... I work at a guitar shop and I've done some extensive repairs under the direction of our guitar tech, including fret levels and re-gluing necks and bridges to acoustic guitars. But what you're describing... Doesn't seem possible unless you're a skilled pro with years of experience under your belt. Oh well. In any case, whatever happens, good luck.

and curve the body

If its an acoustic, how do you do that? Cut a whole and stick some more wood in a different shape??? Seems very difficult to me.

If by curve the body you mean add a cutaway, I wouldn't even bother trying.
