Your guitar need probably a good set up.

1- Many time if it won't stay in tune it could be ( only ) the nut slots too narrow for the strings. It squeeze the strings. Do you put big strings or regular one ?

2- The neck curve ( truss rod ) could need an adjustement ; You can't use those 2 tunning in same guitar without a very good neck curve. Even it is not easy to have two setting.

3-After that , I'll say intonnation ; saddles need to be set at the proper lenght for the neck scale.

If all of these thing are not precisely adjusted, your guitar won't stay in tune.

Make sure the strings are wound on the tuners properly so there is no overlapping slippage.

If new strings, they must be stretched before they achieve stability.

i put 11s on it

Good .
Don't forget , it could take many hours to neck to be stabilise after turning truss rod nut. Many times it take 12 hours. One 1/8 turn and wait.
If you go to fast, after couple hour you'll neck will go too "far" from your original set up.
I use also straight edge to check the neck curve.

I think you do that " by your's eyes " ?
It is not easy to have the good neck curve. Good neck curve mean you are just in the middle of the rignt curve for your string AND the neck can move little bit ( with weather change ) without problem for your playing.

that could be your problem. If a guitar comes set up with 9's, like most do, then putting something else on means a new setup too. The action, truss rod as mentioned, and intonation, will definitely need checking(as you change the action, it can affect intonation, same with truss rod).

Could be the bridge doesn't like it. You may need to stiffen it, by adding a spring or something.
