It seems that I bought my 4X4 just in the nick of time. The weather bureau has forecast the possibility of snow in many areas of the province.Snow this early is not uncommon,I remember one particular Halloween when I was a kid that we went Trick or Treating in a blizzard.Would anyone in New Zealand or Australia like to swap homes for 4 or 5 months?

That sounds like a good swap Riley,I absolutely hate the cold and have always said that I was born in the wrong hemisphere or at least between the wrong lines of latitude. Don't some parts of Australia get snow-such as Snowy River and the mountain areas?BTW that was a fabulous movie-beautiful scenery-and leading lady too.

yeah alot of parts in australia get snow. the annoyingest thing is, that hte towns that do get it are only like an hour or so away from me.
as a matter of fact i read somewhere, that in winter australia gets more snow than some countries in europe. dunno if its true but...

The "uniform of the day" down here is still a T-shirt and shorts. And no -- I don't feel the least bit guilty.

please, no snow just yet.

I've mov'n to Vegas, now if they'd just pass the law to give a US visa to anyone who buys a house there. No more snow shovelling, no more grass cutting.

Guitslinger, whats the average winter temperature on the East Coast?
Hey Riley, if you want some snow, come stay in Saskatchewan for the winter. I'm sure you'll love the -25 degree or colder temperatures!

I can't believe you guys are using that very nasty four letter word already! Nine and half more years until I retire again (For good) and move my snow hating behind to sunny florida :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:
