Post subject: how long should it take to get a replacement neck?

After failed attempts to get my MIA Strat to quit buzzing on the frets, my dealer's tech noticed the neck was slightly twisted/warped. He called in the area Fender Rep who verified the neck was under warrenty and Fender would replace it. That was September 7. Here it is October 25 and my dealer says no neck has been recieved yet.

Is this a typical time span for replacement?

Talked to my Guitar shop tech this past Saturday. Two months and no neck repacement yet. By my dealers estimation replacement warranty parts are moving even slower than orders for current production models.

The economic slowdown has hit Corona.
