Post subject: Fender Strat Road Warn series problems

I have a problem with my 50's style Road Warn series strat, whenever I bend the B or high E string it squeals at a certain point an the sustain just dies, any suggestions? thanks

Definitely take it to a competent guitar tech, he should be able to help you out. It's probably nothing major.

It sounds like it's fretting out. Have it set up. Might be as simple as a truss rod tweak I've seen Road Worn Strats with frets lifting out of their slots.

Indeed. Whether it be a major thing or not, still ask someone professional to fix the problem. 63supro maybe right that it might only be a truss rod tweak but nonetheless, ask a pro regarding it.
