Right so I've been off all week with the flu, so on tuesday I went on the evil bay and ordered a 250k push/pull pot with the intention of doing this;

So today I get a small brown package in the post, excitedly I open it, get all set up with my soldering iron, full screen the circuit diagram, fetch my jazz bass. And that is the moment I come to the realisation...Theres no solder. I could have cried
This is what we in the business call "a world class case on eugh".
Many well deserved props to Papa D's music for swift dispatch and delivery, but now all I can do is sit and wait.
So the moral is, fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
