Hi Super Kid: I have found that you seem to be able to get a good idea of what people are really like from the little glimpse you get of them through their Forum presence - from my experience of meeting various Forum users in real life.

I agree with you about Mr Armadillo: I like his style! He is very smart and modest with it, which is always a good combination. He knows plenty about guitars, gear, music and playing and is generous about sharing. I love his playing. And most of all, he comes across as a down right nice guy of the highest order: I bet it would be great to meet him.

All together... a Legend! :D

Oh, and yes, we all love the giant warty bird boots. These days they are world famous!

Cheers - C

Smart aleck maybe...

Thank you, Ceri and SuperKid--but let's all get together and stop this jackassery before it gets out of hand...most of y'all help me more than I could ever repay.

...Or alternatively, let's all make this jackassery run and run! Jackassery of the finest kind, after all. Post your compliments here, folks.

Screamin' Armadillo: what playing, what taste - what a guy. 8)

Cheers - C

A single, solitary patch is in existence on the back of a ridiculous-yet-cool leather jacket I own (pic forthcoming)...but there are stickers out there. I'll see if my bandmates have any left, because I have used or sold all of mine.

I read his posts and they're interesting.

A friend of mine plays guitar in a band called "The Dead Armadillos" so
I always make that connection when I see the name...
