Very disturbing to me; I guess my humanity shined through because I actually felt bad for him for just a moment.

However, I thought about the victims of terrorism, the dissenters within his own country that he tortured and killed, and his blustery hatred for everyone around the world, and my sympathy was reduced and tempered.

As bad and as wrong as his murder was, it is probably better than the treatment he meted out to his own people...and at least he's not going to be able to live out his life in (luxurious) exile, eventually becoming a tragic figure that elicits sympathy from the misguided.

I ultimately felt more sympathy for the exotic animals destroyed in Ohio than that exotic human destroyed in Libya...and that in itself disturbs me more than the video and pics I saw yesterday.
