I got the blue one ($9.45 at Amazon) and this thing rocks! :D

They really did it right for a quick'n'dirty tuner. I'm not sure it's good enough for studio work, but very few are, actually.

And yeah, it's WAY better than the Intellitouch.

Snarks are great... very accurate. And yes, they are better than Intellitouch (I have both).

I have a black one. I leave it clipped to a bookshelf so it's quick to grab. Is there any difference in the different colors?

Best part is you don't need to lug a tuning pedal to gigs.

Only downside is that mine sounds like it tunes the g string a little off though it says it is on pitch. Maybe it is just my ear.

I usually tweak my tuning after using a tuner

I have been looking at those. Currently I have an IntelliTouch and a Korg AW-2.

The Korg is better than the IntelliTouch

Has anyone tried a Peterson StroboClip? A few reviews say it is very accurate. I wonder if it is quick and easy to read. The Idea of a clip-on tuner that works off vibration is pretty cool.

My Dad's guitar player got a Snark, so he had to get a Snark, so I had to get a Snark, so my bass player had to get a Snark, so our lead singer had to get a Snark (for her guitar), so the violin player had to get a Snark for his guitar... In short, they rock and everyone who tries one ends up buying one. I have to get a new one again pretty soon. My brother has taken up guitar and he steals my Snark from my gig bag on a daily basis.
