Nah. He's had a 50 percent hit rate so far, and Mrs Mac The Third looks like a much better bet than the MkII version. I think she's a keeper: good luck, Macca.

Cheers - C

This one comes with her own bags of money so no gold digging involved.
Here's hoping she inspires more great music from Sir Macca.

Congratulations Paul, I saw the wedding pics and I must say you look well.
I was a small child when the Beatles were together, and now I look like your dad.

It's a 1966 jazz bass.you can tell by the tuner paddles. All other years besides 1966 had Fender "clover" shaped tuners.

Paddle tuners were seen on Jazz Basses as late as 1969. As well, they were used periodically on the Mustang Basses up through 1971 and -- very rarely -- a few Precision Basses in 1966 and 1967 (my brother has a '66 P-bass with these tuners).

I heard the marriage was already in trouble.

He was shocked to discover that the new Mrs M spends twice as much on shoes as the ex..

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.
