i'm with you. about 6 months before the beatles hit america, my dad bought me a strat. after the ed sullivan show, i wanted a guitar just like john,s- he was my first hero. needless to say, the rick never happened

It's hard to say weather or not he was the most influential in there music as a group. With out him I think they would have been just another Band. Happy Birthday to your mentor. and a giant in our time. R.I.P. Mr. Lennon.
