Guys i'm planning to mod my Squier Strat with a left handed gold tremolo like Stevie Ray Vaughan's strat so will it fit?

Nope.

You'd need to elongate the trem cavity to house a lefty trem and block. Then you'll need to fill the remaining gap and touch up and paint work, which will no longer be covered by the bridge plate.

Its a lot to do. Best get the work done by a decent Luther or Guitar Tech.

Ah. i decided not to. So i'm buying another right handed tremolo block with saddles for this old Ashton guitar since the original one i can't get the A string ball end out of it its a pain in the $@!. My mom wants it restrung after a new G string tuner cuz the original one fell off. (the peg) so i need a new tuner as well. I'll get a gold tremolo for it with my Mom's name engraved in it
