Good Morning Everyone....

Sun is breaking the horizon a bit later each Saturday morning which is disappointing but the good news is that in a bit over 3 months the days start getting longer again!!!

Jammed for quite a while last night and had a great time. FYI - I've had an acoustic around since my late teens but I've only started playing the electric seriously in the last 5 years....same with listening seriously to blues artists.....I kick myself for being such a late bloomer. The joy I get out of playing along with some of my favorite blues artists (albeit with a lower skill level) is something I look forward to every single day. I think I am addicted to the blues guitar.... 8) - my wife and kids would concur.

I have a fairly lazy day today but you'll never guess what I am going to do....

Have a great weekend everyone and keep those fretboards smokin'!

Beaubs

.I'm just a Buckin' Bronco Boy....And I love Wearing Chaps...YeeHaw.....Call Me Rowdy..

Very wet and dismal in Manchester UK and it don't look like improving either. I had the Tele out this morning, playing with Sonny Boy Williamson, great stuff and Woah! man, some of the lines these guys come out with are brilliant.
' She asked me for a dollar and I was so poor I didn't have a button/99 ' :D

I've got some new blues gear that I will put up as soon as I got time.
American Standard Tele, a six string banjo 'Banjitar' and a ' Resonater' electrified for extra volume and of course my half dozen harps. Pics coming.

So Fender peeps, Y'all have a great day, doin' whatever it is you do.

Mornin' all,
Semi-gloomy with hint of sunshine here in the northeast, no matter,Joe Bonamassa Live at the Royal Albert Hall is waiting on the DVR. Soon as momma leaves for her day with the girls the surround sound will be engaged. The show was on PBS, so check your local station.
Cheers,
John.E

Top of the morning to you fine folks. It appears that it's going to be another nice day in the pacific north west/Seattle and vicinity. It's been unseasonably warm 75/80* this late Summer and Early Fall. I hope it continues for a while. Because of the late Spring and Summer the Local Farmers are just now bringing in there peas/corn/potatoes and wheat/barley/oats. All of these things do quite well within a mile of my house in the Stillaguamish river Valley. This year everything is about a month late. oh well as they say, Better late than never. My Wife just left for work and I'm left to my own Devices. WHAT TO DO? As long as I don't spend any money I wont get in trouble. 8)

Bucking Bronco Boy/Chaps I can see it.
Cant wait to see your new gear especially the Harps. Mine are turning out to be my favorite. I started out carrying one in the car with me. Now I have at least three at all times. The cops look at me kinda funny as I drive down the road blowing on a harp. I think they mistake it for a cell phone which is a no-no in this country while driving. But there's nothing on the books about blowing a harp with your favored blues band on the radio. 8)
----Danny,
Check out some "ROCKY RACCOON" By the (BEATLES) It may be somewhat appropriate for the Bucking Bronco Boy thing.

My Sons new place on the Skagit river is turning into quite a hunting and fishing mecca. So far they have caught about 30 Salmon and Bagged one nice Deer for there winter food supply. All of this is done with permits and proper licencing of coarse. There is a Bear menacing his apple orchard and destroying some of the trees. There are plans to have the fish and game control officers capture the critter and re enter it into the wild at another location. 8)

Good afternoon Beaubs and everyone. It has been a lazy day so far and I don't have any plans to change the atmosphere. Watching some UFC and switching channels whenever I feel like doing so lol. Y'all have a great weekend!
