It starts at 1:53. I know it's wah and something, but I forgot the name of that something. This is my favorite performance of All Along The Watchtower. When I hear that effect, I get this weird feeling. It's like pulsating waves of heat and goosebumps going across my body. I can honestly say I love this song.

41 years ago today... :(

I think it's just a wah and some sort of delay or echo. Doesn't sound like a Univibe if that's what you were trying to remember.

I watched it again. He's messing with the whammy bar a bit and I can hear an octave effect, also.

It does in fact sound like an Octavia running in conjunction with a Fuzzface and a wah.
