Squier has really stepped up it's game with this one. It looks beautiful. Is there a set release date yet? I saw on a couple of other forums that some random places were selling it online, but it's not on any of the major retailers' websites and I can't find it in any stores yet.

Very nice looking color combination. Not to take anything away from it, but it's a Vintage Modified Squier with a Fender Blacktop tremolo plus a couple of extra switches. That being said, I wouldn't mind having one if the price falls between the Vintage Squier and the Fender Blacktop, which it hopefully will.

I believe the price I heard was $379. Pretty reasonable. Those Vintage Modified Squier's are a pleasure to play, and I find myself preferring them to Fender MIM's and Blacktops pretty frequently actually.

The extra switches are what really intrigue me. I've played a few pretty crummy Jazzmaster copies, and even on those, the switches provided for some pretty unique tonal capabilities. I'm excited to see what this one can do.
