Hello all,

Been reading about Jack's virtuosity.

Please school me on the fantasticness of his playing so I can appreciate.

Post vids or clips here please so I can check it out. I was only a mild fan, and never really gave Cream too much of a serious listen growing up in the '70's.

I am a bass player and love to check out great playing.

Thanks, y'all for the education! Sorry for the repetitive post verbiage.

Do yourself a favour and start off by getting all the Cream albums starting off with Disraeli Gears and Wheels of Fire. His playing on these is just about unparrelleled.

One thing that is often overlooked about Jack Bruce is that he is also a great songwriter. His playing is so good that people tend to forget that.

And a great singer too, although time and lifestyle choices haven't been particularly kind there.
