It's the late Ron Asheton and the guitar is a Reverend. Ron had a signature Reverend too. Reverend guitars are amazing for the money. I friend of mine has one he lends me whenever I jam with his band on his gigs. Ron was a really great player. Very raw. Not technically amazing, but he had tons of authority.
