It's a 96 modle. Has worked great until today. all of a sudden I have no sound Tubes are old as dirt ? Well, I typed no sound. What I meen to say is no sound unless i turn it all the way up. Then still almost nothing.

Assuming that the power light still works, maybe you just lost a preamp or pi tube, try a new preamp tube in each position V1, V2, and then V3. Try new tube in V1, if still no sound put original tube back in V1, then try the new tube in V2, etc. It is possible that the output tubes need replaced, but I would suspect a preamp tube first.

Howdy shimmilou. Yea the power lite works. I'll give that a shot. By the way, I reset the bias to 89 a while back. I'm thinken the hotter set could have finished off the tubes. Again thanx.
