That should shut up the people who bad mouth MIM Strats.Great Playing Leroy and as usual a real Hendrix vibe to it.

Thanks guitslinger! I've owned a lot of Strats in my time and my Black MIM Strat is my all time favorite!!!

Awesome playing man 8)

Its really cool that an extremely talented pro musician chooses the humble MIM Strat. They really do rock, and I daresay are underrated.

Did you do any mods to it?

I love things like this. First of all, great job. I envy your ability and seeing things like this is just inspirational. Secondly, I am hoping to pick up a MIM strat next summer, possibly used, and knowing that they are good instruments makes me feel better about spending the money. Thanks.

I agree 100%!!! The most versatile and personalized electric guitar ever made IMO.

Thanks Martian! It's been set up for 11's, Fender "Fat 50's" P/U's and has the trem blocked off. Other than that it's stock.
