Bowlfreshener beat me to the soundtrack for Singles. I also like the soundtrace for The Matrix.

I really enjoy Southern Comfort (Ry Cooder) with that southern cajun twist - for far out stuff I dig White Noise 2.

the Quigley Down Under soundtrack is the greatest one of all time! the movie is also the greatest movie ever, so they go hand in hand.

I thought the soundtrack to the crow 2 was pretty cool. There was this movie called judgment night that had a soundtrack where every song was a collaboration between a rock band and some hip hop groups. Does anybody remember the soundtrack from the movie singles? Oh my gosh, that was so cool. There were two soundtracks for the first batman remake in the 90's. One was a prince album and the second one had the score by danny elfman. He's done some amazing stuff. You can put him right up there with john williams as far as movie soundtracks go.

Dick Dale's 'Miserlou' in Pulp Fiction was a good choice. John Barry's 'James Bond Theme' is instantly recognizable, as is Henry Mancini's 'Peter Gunn Theme'. All are just parts of a soundtrack, but how could anyone forget them? I know I can't!

Fast Times at Ridgemont High was a cool soundtrack.
So was Pretty in Pink while I am on a 80's roll.

Almost Famous was a good one also.

Vision Quest was a cool soundtrack too. I mean come on, where else would you get Madonna and Dio on the same songlist?
