So my son has a guitar, he plays a little, but art is his strongpoint and for his birthday about two weeks ago we gave him his big "wish gift," a complete airbrush kit. It's something he used in school and had some real interest in.

So here is his first journey into the world of music, an old relic bass that was actually hanging on the wall of our garage. Thought the musicians on here would be interested in seeing it. I thought it was pretty good for a first attempt from someone who's really only been at this for a couple weeks with his own airbrush. Enjoy.

Proud moment indeed. And from the words on the back of it, you are certainly raising him right :D

Talented for sure.

Thanx for all the great comments. I'll pass them along.

As for pups, that one is really a "junker" the neck is like a bat and it's really neck heavy so that's been hanging in our garage for about 10 years with a bunch of old band posters and stuff. It'll never be a player, he has a Squier strat for playing.

He will be working on clear coat on this "guinea pig" guitar now. And I knew he was painting it but the design was a secret until complete, so all of the thought and idea was his own, including the message on the back. Nice when you see your kid has gotten the right idea on things 8)

Congratulations WI KISSfan. Your son has a gift or two. One, you are his Dad and two, the artwork is excellent!
