The wife and I welcomed baby Erin to the world today, our first child. 6lbs 1.4 oz - Mom and baby doing fine. Everything is somehow changed now.

Congratulations...you will be amazed at how quickly that tiny little thing will have you wrapped around her pinky in just a few hours!

And as a father of a girl (now 9 3/4), I'll pass on something a man said to me when my daughter was born: "When you have a little boy, you just keep your eye on that one boy. When you have a little girl, you keep your eye on ALL the boys!" :lol:

In a few years, we'll be members of DADD...Dads Against Daughters Dating.

Congrats, and enjoy every minute!
