...I may have found my solution. I was checking my settings and noticed I no longer had an e-mail address in my settings. I re-entered my address. Can someone please reply to this so I can see if I get the e-mail notification? Thank you.

I tried that also, no luck.

I had a partial email address, and I believe that it changed again after I re-entered.

Going to check/try it again to be sure.

OK, I tried re-entering my email again, which was blank again. After entering, and navigating away and back to the page, it was blank again. I tried in both FF and IE with the same results.

it did not work for me either. But it makes sence to me that e mail address will not save why there are no notifications.
