It is ridiculous to get into these stupid conversations on here. The Forums have changed over the years and there are those who feel they have a right to be ignorant. If you haven't noticed, when we're aware of them, there is a group of us who deal with them.

Isn't it odd that once they get put down, they never come back.

Been around for 4 years like you, dont post a whole lot but am on here most days of the week. Feel free to look at my posting history, I dont go looking for trouble, I try to be helpful.

Well.... Uh... consider this....
So far in my "very few postings" (that make me a 'Noob'), I've posted an honest insight into my opinion on tats, as well as several of the best links on the internet you'll find related to guitar and Fender related tattoos... (Including one that's ALL images...!)

So far, Montel has posted to tell me to "Scram Noob"....

Who adds value?

Which is my point. That would be fine on a thread called "what is your opinion on tats".
A admin started what should have been a cool thread and rightaway it gets jacked and then ruined by US.

Lets try to salvage this thread. Maybe leave the rest of our "conversation" to PMs if you wish.

You edited my post when you misquoted me... You removed the parts about what I contributed! I stated that I DID post relevant posts in line with the topic of the thread... Some of the best Tattoo related threads on the net.... I know because I looked at a bunch, and only posted the ones that ROCKED!
I didn't "jack" or "ruin" this thread... I added a thoughtful insight and more importantly, LOTS OF RELEVANT CONTENT!!!

To all concerned. These Forums are a great place to come, relax, learn and help each other when we get the opportunity.

I've been hanging around for four years and have seen a lot of people come and go. I'm always amazed that there are those who insist that their opinion is the only one that matters. What really amazes me are the one's who will put down what I refer to as "the resident experts", guys who have proven their knowledge and abilities. We've lost some good guys to NNDB's who drove them away.

When we get a "Noobie" , there is no way of knowing who it might be. This IS the internet, we could be talking to ANYONE.

I'm really hoping that this kind of nonsense stops, being realistic, I know it won't. If it does, then we deal with it.

By the way, welcome to the Forums, usually I lurk in the bass Forums, come and visit.

Ah, two guitar people playing in the sandbox.
I wish I had a Strat and a Tele tatooed on each arm. All I got was this silly heavy metal theme on my back many years ago on a drunken saturday. My kids tease me about it. Dad, why didn´t you get a removable tatoo?
