I have to agree with Strat Fan. Give them the opporturnity to make good on the deal, however if they won't, or charge you for the return shipping, I'd as for my money back. I've learned along ago......when I get burned by a business, I never do business with them again. There are a lot of other places that are willing to see you the same guitar.

My three electric guitars were purchased from an online retailer, and I've had good luck. All came in perfect condition.
