Robin Trower when he was with Procol Harem, Eric Stewart (Mindbenders and 10 cc), smashing bloke, talked to him for twenty minutes. Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page together, just after Jimmy had joined the Yardbirds , he acually came in on bass and then the ryhthm player , Chris Dreja, took over bass and for a very short time(before Jeff Beck eventually left) they traded licks. Missed seeing Mr Hendrix, he was supposed to be recording a radio show for the bbc, but got fog-bound and ended up being patched in from another studio 65 miles away. Ted

Just this weekend I had the opportunity to meet the current lineup of The Guess Who... And man can Laurie MacKenzie play his but off!!
