Keep in mind that if someone making a small mistake like a famous celbrity's birthdate, which is really meaningless, then none of us would be qualified to lead anything.

Besides, isn't our prez the "smartest prez ever"? and look how all that inteligence is working out for us.

Unemployment through the roof. We've told England and Israel we hate them. We have groups of young people "flash Mobbing" innocent people, sometimes hurting them badly (hmm, they were told to take to the streets by our prez and some other soulless politicians).

I'd take her over some of these geniuses any day!

wasn't it Obama who said "he'd been across all 57 states"? or that he didn't know the term of for "Wheeling and Dealing" in Austrian?

Hmm... wonder why the media didn't plaster that all over my damn plasma TV

Obviously I'm not American, but I follow your political scene.

Bachmann is a complete nut job. She has a desert island mentality that you can't apply to one of the biggest countries in the world. Infact, make that the whole so called Tea Party - how much worse can Republicans get than they were under Bush? A lot worse it seems.

Some people might not like Obama, but think before jumping out of the frying pan..

Indeed.

And the UK's decision to release the Lockerbie bomber was the absolute pinnacle of judicial and political sanity.

The whigs never cease to amaze me.

I think folks in the UK were as surprised at that decision as you were..

Political expediency/posturing is a terrible thing..

i am amused and amazed by the so-called media these days. i could give 2 craps about a birthday or the number of states. i care alot more about my taxes, fuel prices, national security and jobs. everything else is just media being media. i pray for mr. obama but i wouldn't hire him to run a taco bell let alone our country based on his experience. he is a failure plain and simple.
where the hell is some relief for the "working" women and men that provide the tax dollars that these clowns love to spend? that is my only concern.
in a nutshell, we are all screwed when we focus on soundbites instead of substance. republican or democrat means nothing. i vote with my wallet, not the television.
