Cool, I pestered Brad so much this week regarding username/log in issues that I didn't want to bother him again with the email notification problem. Good to know I am not alone. :o

I am not receiving E-mail notifications still. Is anyone else who was expieriencing this issue still experiencing it? I thought I seen the Forum down Friday afternoon, thought they might have sorted the issue out.

Ditto. It sucks, I can't keep track of all the topics. Are the notifications going the way of the avatars? :(

Brad.
It's been 3 weeks now without email notifications. :(

What's going on :?: :?:

It's a pain to have to go looking for posts you're interested in day after day.
About 2 weeks ago you said a fix would be coming by the end of the week.

Brad's last update was August 20. This really is ridiculous. I don't know who does the Fender forum (or the general Fender website which has its own problems), but every software/web developer I know recognizes that when a software version has a problem you drop back to the previous trouble free version and work on the version with problems off-line. You don't leave the one with problems up so that it continues to frustrate the users (us) who make this forum worthwhile.

That's because nothing has been fixed and no one can tell us when it will be fixed. :x

The comment from bluesky636 amuses me as it's both oddly vindictive and also offered without any thought given to what the recent change that was made here might have addressed or achieved. Unfortunately, in my designated role I have to choose "carefully securing, guarding and protecting all consumer data" over "ensuring that consumers receive post notification e-mails" any day of the week; and anyone who follows tech news knows that it's been a uniquely challenging year in this area. I'm going to quit quoting estimated timeframes here since that appears to be only riling folks up further about the topic but again, rest assured that this is a known topic that is under active investigation.

Good idea Brad, when everything works out, then let us know. Good luck.
