Imagine a clear, sunny morning.

Imagine the birds are chirping, there's a slight refreshing breeze that makes the branches sway on the trees. The flowers are blooming.

Imagine there is a brook babbling through this scene, with clean, clear water.

The water is so clear that you can almost make out the face of the person whose head you're holding under. They struggle, then shudder, then they're still.

Now, don't you feel better? :P

Whenever I feel angry I go to a hospital and see people
that are a lot worse off than I am. It's a humbling experience!

When I feel angry,I throw my box of guitar picks at the wall and watch them scater.Then I think of throwing glass and other thins that brake when thrown.ahhhhhhhhhh... :D all better.

If I am miffed I play some aggressive Thrash on my guitar. If I am down I play Blues. If I am totally pissed, I don't go anywhere my guitars. That's when I use positive imagery to try to calm down.

I have a good stereo out in the garage. I also have a heavy bag out in the garage. I crank up AC/DC (High Voltage) and then I beat the crap out of the heavy bag. Pretty soon I feel better.
