Pretty self explanatory, state what you do/did for a living or what you plan on doing in my case.... get a better feel for what everyone around here is like

i'm currently searching for colleges, but i'll most likely attend the University of Pittsburgh or Penn State and major in civil engineering.... thats if the whole rock star thing doesn't work out

I have worked for Budweiser for almost 20 years. I've played guitar since i was 14- my very first guitar was a brand new 1978 Fender Mustang that I worked all summer to pay $250 for...

College educated, no degree, went to tech school got a electronics tech degree, worked in R&D for a few years, currently working as an instrumentation electrician in a steam plant. Pretty good job, variety of work, good work pace, good pay, can't complain.

Thats funny. I've drank Budweiser for almost 20 years!

Actually, I'm an employee of the State of Georgia. I work in Corrections....hence the need to drink. :x

I really do love beer! And I do like my job... Music to me is more of a spiritual thing and I've always felt that profiting financially from it is a sin...

(Not really, the truth is that I just suck at it!)

Since citizenerased "baited" me to post here, here goes ... :-) I was educated in computer science (MS) and mathematics (BS). Prior to working here at Fender I had a few software engineering jobs -- but intense guitar enthusiasm (both playing and collecting!) combined with "web savviness," combined with an enthusiasm for writing, rapidly moved me into more of a natural fit developing enthusiast-based guitar websites. That led me into a role at Fender as a non-managerial member of the Fender web staff. -- in fact, in the early years I *was* the web staff! I now manage a small team handling the entire Fender family of websites (i.e., Fender, Guild, Gretsch, EVH, Jackson, etc.) and I'm still involved in quite a bit of the backend coding of all of our sites as well. I continue to feel it's the best job any feller could ever ask for, hands down.

Like Brad educated in computer science (MS) Business Info (BS). I have worked for a telecommunications company for 10 years. Started out in a help desk position, eventually worked my way into a NT SA position, after a few years jumped platforms and moved over to the UNIX side working as a AIX SA after another few years jumped over to Change Mgmt, now I get to tick the ppl I use to be like off by approving and dying changes to the production, and dev server environments.

I have also recently stepped back into the class room part time to pick up some Graphic Web Design knowledge, and plan my next career move.
