Thanks for posting--if you haven't seen the whole DVD that this song came from, take the time to check it out...really great stuff!

You're in for a treat this Saturday...

I agree; outside of Jimmie Vaughan, Kid Ramos was the best...however, Moeller and Keller aren't slouches by any means...the rock the T-Birds stuff and add a youthful enthusiasm I really enjoy.

I saw Mike Keller with Double Trouble on their "Been A Long Time" tour, and he killed. He couldn't have been more than 20 years old and he did perfect playing SRV songs...he was faithful to the spirit and vibe of the songs, but he didn't just do the average "SRV Ripoff" that too many people do. He put his own spin and style into the show...all with a Strat, a TS10 TubeScreamer (the redheaded stepchild of the TubeScreamer clan) and a MXR Phase 90 into a tweed Fender Blues Deluxe. Have mercy!

I saw them with Duke R and Kid Bangham, with Kid Ramos, with Fletcher and Curran (my least fav lineup) and now with Keller and Moeller...every time they were great.

...of course, this is coming from a guy who was inspired to start playing harp because of Kim Wilson.
