my dad is a retired firefighter. he saw some bad things, and was in some very dangerous situations.

i remember back in the 60's when a close firefighter friend of his died in the line of duty. he didn't talk about it much, but i knew that it hurt hin bad.

to take away police/fire pensions away from them is just a crime
