There is always some type of live music to be found around my local area. Nothing of interest tonight though. Pittsburg's weekly car show usually features some good talent. And there are a few places that have live music 7 days a week, enjoyable if you're in to old R&B and Blues. I honestly haven't made much time to get out check out any local bands, except those that my cousin (by marriage) Syria is playing in. He is top-notch talent and every musician I've heard him play with is at that same level.

The Sheep Dogs, Saga, Helix, Jon Anderson (of Yes) America and a load more are playing (me too backing a local singer/songwriter) at our local annual three day free festival. I think this is the 36th straight year for it.

I only got to one the other night. A Band Called (QUICK FIX) There a group of 5 and 3 of them are Music/Guitar Teachers locally. They range in age from around 50/60 and are very good. They do a lot of Blues/Country/Rock to keep everyone happy. It was a beautiful night and everyone was haveing a great time. I Don't have a Video Recorder but for about $300. there are several to chose from. That would make the experience more complete. :)
