Looks like a name was left off again.

I'll start it again.

Well John was Born to Be Wild and did not dig the Pusherman so he is a okay in my book. I would rate John at a 6.5, nothing wrong with that! Especially because I don't rate a 1 yet!

To me W.M. was a very innovative player, recently picked up some of his sheet music, who made a huge impact on more then a few players.
I rate 9

I can hardly believe the players that have not been listed as of yet. But W.M. is a great choice and I would have listed him sooner but I just came across the forum today.

Jimmy Thackery (Jimmy Thackery & the Drivers) if you've never heard of him, drop everyhting run out and buy his latest "Solid Ice" - a great cover of the Hendrix song "Who Knows"

Just to clarify - I am in no way shape or form connected to Thackery, but the guy can play.

I'll give Wes Montgomery a 6. I saw Joe Pass in an earlier post, (not necessarily a Fender guy btw,) - give him a 7.5

Actually I'm being generous, I never considered Cobain to be more then a garage band guitar player.

How's about:

Damn CA, you and me must be on the same mind wavelength. I was just thinking about the Reverend and you posted it. And he rates a solid 9 in my book, but I like rockabilly!
