Did anyone else get a promo mailer to join the GC String Club? The best I can tell you pay $20 to activate the card and then get $5 per month to purchase strings with, for one year. So, as long as you don't lose the card, remember to bring it with you each month, and buy a new set once a month, your $20 will get you $60 worth of strings at the end of the year. I need a set so I'm going to give it a try. I hate maintaining all these loyal customer cards all the retailers push, but they do save money.

That's a good deal if one is near. Thanks for sharing it. But unfortunately for the nearest GC is about 50 miles away. So I would spent about $15 in gas to use the string card.
