Title says it all I guess. With the heat and humidity here I'm getting back into the practice of grabbing a cold one every once in awhile. After not partaking for a long time I've noticed the taste buds have really been able to quite discriminating ....and thanl God for Micro-Breweries

There, I said it. No bitter beer face for me HA!! Been drinking it for 20-years. I know, I'm a freak. But it is what it is. I like Budweiser too, but that's a different story. Can't get Keystone in a bar.

I haven't had a drink in quite some time, but when I did, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale was it for me. Also, don't know if it's still around, but Budweiser's American Ale was tasty too.

I very raarely drink these days but my ever favourite brand of beer was always Alexander Keith's India Pale Ale brewed in Halifax Nova Scotia.Although Newfoundland has won many international awards for its beers Keith's Ale puts them all to shame.I imagine that Donmac could most likely vouch for that.

Anyhow. As a part-time Devonian it irks me to admit that St Austell Tribute really is exceedingly good. But I have many, many others to put against it. For example:

I love living in the UK just for the vast amounts of quality ales and bitters that are on our doorstep. We had a new shop open up in town that carries hundreds of different ales and ciders from scores of different breweries around the country.

The benefits of becoming the bar manager at my pub/restaurant soon will be choosing the beers that I want to have there



Spitfire is a nice brew indeed, we had it on casks at work but we switched it out for Tribute, personally Spitfire is best from the bottle, doesn't do it for me from cask!
