Ok so I recently purchase a Seymour Duncan JB to place in the bridge position of my 2008 Am. std HSS Stratocaster. I got the wiring diagram, but here's the question:

Fender pickups are wired in contrast to each other in order that when you play in either the 2 or 4 position, the two pickups cancel out. But is this the same when you have a Humbucker in the Bridge position? Some of the diagrams mention you have to reverse the bridge pickup too...

The pickup can be wire two ways for the standard is black is hot red and white together and green ground or parallel black and white are hot and red and green are ground
