Here's a treat. This is a 1954 Fender Super-Amp. It's sitting in my living room right now in full working condition. Not mine though :-(

Sweet old amp,she looks like she's had a hard life of gigging by the number of cigarette burns that are on her.How does she sound, are most of the internal workings and speaker original?

Wow...that amp has certainly seen better days! I love when a piece of gear looks like it's been beaten to the ground; only if it really paid it's dues though. Is it still in working condition?

Truth be told, it has been completely refurbished. All the old original parts are still in the owner's possession, however, including the Jensen speakers. It has all new tubes, caps, etc. and a pair of Celestion G10 Greenbacks. Let me tell you, this sucker can rip your face off and slap you with the wet side. My Strat sounds amazing through this beauty. Yes it has been around the block a time or two and has more than paid it's dues. If only it could talk........the stories it could tell. I'll try and post more pics.

Ah, the first of the Fender "Roadworn" amp series.
Think I could get that effect if I took a beltsander to my amp?
