I agree with what Elixir was saying to a point. It is true that its not the instrument but the player behind the instrument that makes it sound good. I'm proud of the instruments I have now, but I don't place as much value in them I once did. They're instruments. They're mean't to be played. In fact I'm more likely to take the cheaper guitar to a gig. That way I don't sweat it if Pete Townsend smashes it or someone steals it. :mrgreen:
