Thanks for all the kind words...I'm really happy and excited about this guitar.

It sounds really great, and looks so cool. Well-made, too (solid, good tuners, doesn't rattle or creak like a lot of cheap resonators...I'm still concerned about that piezo, but I've never owned a guitar with a piezo in it, so it may just be me.

SuperKid--It doesn't feed back that bad--it's just I'm used to solidbody guitars (hence, no feedback unless you want it or a tube is going microphonic which happened recently, but has been remedied). My acoustic-electric has a built-in notch filter and has little or no problems...I think the adjustment will have to be the player, not the guitar.

Ceri--you're too kind in your assessment of my playing, and thank you for not reducing your perception of my IQ by twenty points when you heard my accent.
...and normal armadillos live in burrows. There's no need to have a view, due to the fact they can't see worth a flip (another thing I have in common with the critter). They can climb fences and trees, though.
...Screamin' Armadillos live in houses and prefer to stay in a lair, man cave, studio or den surrounded by guitars, harmonicas, microphones (to enhance "Screamin'" :P ), CDs, LPs, books and amplifiers. I chose "Lair" for the fact it makes me sound more diabolical. I always wanted to be diabolical.

TDanB2003--I already get enough strange looks just by the way I look, I don't know about leather pants made from full-quill ostrich... :? Plus, I live in a horribly hot environment, I would probably die of heat exhaustion in the first fifteen minutes.

RebelSoul--I have seen boots made of armadillo hide...if they hadn't been so pointy and styled like the ethnicity of Lady Armadillo, I would have bought them on the spot. The toes were so pointy that I could have punctured the walls of an armored truck.

TeleDeluxe72--I sound like Mark Knopler only when neither of us are singing, playing guitar or speaking...and perhaps breathing. As soon as he starts any of those activities, I am so far out-classed, it's like entering a Formula 1 race with a go-cart...he is the beardless, British Billy Gibbons (there's a compliment in there, believe it or not).

Anyway, I'm so proud and excited about this guitar, I'm trying to think of suitable places to go carry it around in public, kinda like a little kid with a new toy...

I could definitely dig one of these for when we play "Blaze Of Glory".

Nice score, SA!

Huh? Sounds like... 40 year old velvet smooth malt whisky to me: if whisky could speak - and to me it can! :D

Cheers - C

Great sound SA, perhaps a huge magnetic belt buckle would make it easy to hang on to.
