Being English, I don't quite get that, but if it's taking the mickey out of the French, I like it.

Why should they? They didn't write it.

The entire legislation was penned by lobbyists in the commercial investment houses and the global banksters. Congress had dick to do with it.

Yep, not only the incumbents, but I've been voting outside the Democrat and Republican box locally and they're actually getting elected and doing a good job. Our local Board of Supervisors has gotten pretty corrupt and they were selling our township to numerous developers. Not any more. I registered Libertarian years ago. The problem is they can't get the money to play with the big boys. So I just vote for whoever I want to. I never just pull one lever and walk away. I do my research and personally talk to candidates if and when it's possible. Many come to town meetings and have rallies in the area.

I know cuts and changes need to be made, but you can't throw the baby out with the bath water. Many of us have paid a good bit of money into the Social Security System. We didn't borrow against it, the government did. Let them replace it with their pensions and lifetime perks. If they want to dump Medicare and Medicaid, have a real affordable plan in place. There are millions of retired geezers who rely on the system and can't afford any other option. Who can take care of them, their unemployed children?

You want to fix the problem? Legalize Marijuana, tax it and they'll fill a pretty large void in the budget and stop dumping money into the "War on Drugs". It's stupid, and we won't win. If you want to laugh, check out the film "AKA Tommy Chong" and see how our government spent over two million dollars just to arrest and bring Tommy Chong to trial for selling bongs through the mail in Pennsylvania. They sent a Swat team and he said all they had to do was knock.

Don't forget that mutually-fellating cheerleader squad known collectively as the "main-stream media".

So everything is back to normal a man on a white horse came and saved the world, what aload of bollocks, was that a week or 2 weeks of the world is going to end, wonder what the real news was, has China drained the great lakes, has California been sold to China and currently being towed accross the pacific, has there been an Alien uprising and that is why Nasa has called it a day
