Good luck, Danny. I was diagnosed with it a year and a half ago. After fifteen months of trying everything to keep the mask on my face, they finally realized they ordered my titration wrong (I need 10mm and the office accidentally transposed it to 16mm!) Now I'm trying again, but I can't sleep, so when I do, I don't want something on my face!

When I had a ruptured and herniated disc, the doc gave me a steroid that you had to take like 6 the first night, 5 the next morning, 4 that night, etc. until it tapered off, if I remember correctly. My pain went from 10 to 4 over night and made things so much better. But it was still about a month nuntil I could stand up straight again.

Ask your doc about that steroid. I wish I knew the name. It really took the pain away so I could sleep again.

I also have insomnia, which gets worse when I have GAS!!!!!

i get a real lot of really, really, bad cramps in particually my right wrist and right leg whenever i try to sleep. a lot worse than your average cramp. i usually get roughly only 4 hours of sleep

I can sleep,but only if I stay up to 2:00AM.I tried to go to bed at 11:00pm,but that didn't work.now it's 6:21AM.and I;m tired again.
